Return and Cancellation Policy
-
Introduction and Applicability
1.1 Purpose This Return and Cancellation Policy (the “Policy”) governs all returns, cancellations, credits, and refunds (“Remedies”) in relation to services offered by Prayer Center Jerusalem via prayercenterjerusalem.com or any authorized channel. The Services include, but are not limited to: printing of personalized prayer texts, performance of prayer rituals at selected holy sites, lighting of candles, and providing photographic or videographic proof of such activities. This Policy is designed not only to outline the rules under which Remedies may be considered but also to safeguard the sanctity, logistical integrity, and operational viability of our services, which by their nature are intangible, highly customized, and often time-sensitive.
1.2 Binding Effect By purchasing any Service, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Policy in full, understanding it as a legally binding agreement. The provisions of this Policy supersede any conflicting terms elsewhere regarding returns, cancellations, or refunds. Acceptance is final and irrevocable upon placement of an order.
1.3 Changes to the Policy We reserve the right to revise, modify, or expand this Policy at our discretion, without prior notice. Amendments may occur due to evolving legal requirements, operational changes, or to protect the ceremonial and commercial integrity of our offerings. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes full acceptance.

Definitions and Interpretations (Highly Restrictive)
2.1 Service Fee Covers all amounts, fees, levies, taxes, charges, and incidental costs associated with the Service, whether disclosed or undisclosed at payment time. This includes preparation, material procurement, labor, coordination, and administrative effort.
2.2 Completion Date Refers to the date, as recorded in our internal records, when we deem the Service performed. This is conclusive regardless of whether proof has been delivered or acknowledged.
2.3 Business Days Days on which Israeli banks are open for operations, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and public or religious holidays, irrespective of the customer’s local calendar.
2.4 Cancellation Request A formal written notice submitted exclusively through approved channels prior to the Service reaching irreversible execution, with such stage determined solely by us.
2.5 Refund A discretionary act, entirely at our option, to return funds not exceeding the Service Fee, granted only in rare and exceptional cases deemed valid by us.
2.6 Interpretations Any unclear or ambiguous term will be interpreted in a manner most favorable to our operational position and most limiting to customer entitlements.
