Refund and Cancellation Policy

Prayer Center Jerusalem provides a personalized, one-time prayer service. Your prayer request is prepared, printed, carried to the selected Christian holy site in Jerusalem, and documented with photo proof, which is sent by email. Because this is a personalized service rather than a physical product, refunds and cancellations depend on whether work on the order has already begun.

Cancellation before the service begins

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@prayercenterjerusalem.com. If we have not yet prepared, scheduled, printed, carried, or delivered your prayer request, we can cancel the order and issue a refund.

After preparation or delivery has started

Once your prayer request has been prepared, scheduled, printed, carried to a holy site, or documented with photo proof, the service is considered personalized and in progress or completed. At that stage, the order is generally not refundable.

If we cannot complete your order

Access to holy sites in Jerusalem may be affected by security conditions, holidays, weather, site closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. If we cannot complete your selected service, we will contact you and offer a reasonable alternative, rescheduling, store credit, or a refund when appropriate.

Delivery timing

For standard prayer services, photo proof is usually sent by email within 48-72 hours. For urgent prayer services, timing may be faster when site access and operating conditions allow. These timeframes are service goals, not guarantees of spiritual, medical, financial, or personal outcomes.

Prayer outcomes

Prayer Center Jerusalem does not promise miracles, healing, financial results, relationship outcomes, or any specific spiritual result. We promise to handle your prayer request respectfully, privately, and in accordance with the service you purchased.

Mistakes or changes in your prayer request

If you made a typo or need to update the name, prayer text, or selected site, contact us immediately. We will update the request whenever possible before preparation begins.
